A chairde, the CPSS (Child Protection Support Service) has asked schools to relay the following message to our school communities: As we enter the Christmas season we are mindful that for many children and young people, it may not be such a happy time. Research into increased incidences of domestic abuse during the Christmas school holiday break is supported by PSNI statistics for many years now. Please find attached a selection of resources the CPSS have put together which may be of help or interest to you or your wider circle of friends and family over the Christmas period.
