We really enjoyed Pancake Tuesday in the Naíscoil!
The pupils weighed and mixed the ingredients and then added their favourite toppings. They also cut and pasted the instruction pictures in order.
However, I think their favourite activity was eating the tasty pancakes as shown in the photos! ?
