Bhí lá den scoth againn inné ag Carnabhal na nGaelscoileanna 2023 i mBéal Feirste. Turas go hiomlán trí mheán na Gaeilge. Bhí deis ag na páistí triail a bhaint as an bhoghdóireacht, bhí siad ag léim ar na trampailín bhuinsí, ghlac siad páirt i gceardlann drumadóireachta agus bhí siad ag déanamh iomrascáil sumo. Ghlac siad neart féiníní lena gcairde agus fuair muid uachtar reoite ag an deireadh. Thaitin an lá go mór linn agus b'iontach an deis í chun bualadh le daltaí ó Ghaelscoileanna eile agus ár gcuid Gaeilge a úsáid lasmuigh den seomra ranga.
We had such an amazing day yesterday at the Irish Carnival in Belfast. This trip was solely for Irish-medium primary school children and every aspect of the day was delivered through the medium of Irish. Children took part in archery, trampolining, a drumming session and had a go at sumo wrestling. They had lots of selfie opportunities and finished the day off with a free ice cream. We really enjoyed the carnival and it was a great opportunity to meet with other Irish-medium primary schools and to use our Irish outside of the classroom environment.
